Term of Operation definition

Term of Operation means the operational term of the Bank as stipulated in clause 3, Article 2 of this Charter and the extended time (if any) as adopted upon a resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Bank and subject to an approval of the state competent authority if required by Law.
Term of Operation has the meaning defined in Section 16.1 herein.
Term of Operation means the term of this Contract being a period coterminous with the term of the Joint Venture Contract.

Term of Operation means the operational term of the Company as stipulated in clause 5, Article 2 of this Charter and the extended time (if any) as adopted upon a resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company;

  • Commencement of Operations means, with respect to any Facility, the completion and the performance of all of the following activities:

  • Areas of Operations means the locations where PURCHASER performs the operations described in the contract.

  • Hours of Operation are the hours established by the Employer to provide adequate service to the public and to fulfil the functions of the work unit.

  • Railway Operation means the construction and operation under this Agreement of the relevant Railway and associated access roads and Additional Infrastructure (if any) within the relevant Railway Corridor and of the associated Lateral Access Roads, in accordance with approved proposals;

  • Operations means all the activities conducted by PURCHASER under this contract, including project work, logging, or post harvest activities; or the furnishing of all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to successfully complete any individual item or the entire contract.

  • Production Operations means all operations conducted for the purpose of producing Petroleum from the Development Area after the commencement of production from the Development Area including the operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities therefor.

  • Initial Operation means the first integral operation of the complete equipment covered under the Contract with the sub-system and supporting equipment in service or available for service.

  • End means the relevant Compounded Index value on the day falling the Relevant Number of Index Days prior to the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Period, or such other date on which the relevant payment of interest falls due (but which by its definition or the operation of the relevant provisions is excluded from such Interest Period);

  • Commence operation means to begin using, on a full time basis, any equipment in a manner that represents normal operational procedures.

  • Exploration Period means the period mentioned in Article 3 during which Exploration Operations may be carried out by the Contractor as provided in Article 3 hereof.

  • Discontinued Operations means operations that are accounted for as discontinued operations pursuant to Applicable GAAP of the Issuer for which the Disposal of such assets has not yet occurred.

  • Railway Operation Date means the date of the first carriage of iron ore, freight goods or other products over the relevant Railway (other than for construction or commissioning purposes);

  • Generation Operations Center means the location of Buyer’s real-time operations personnel.
