In accordance with Sections 10 and 11 of Appendix 2 to this ISA, the Interconnection Customer shall pay to the Transmission Provider the charges applicable after Initial Operation, as set forth in Schedule E to this ISA.
Demonstrating commercial operation includes achieving Initial Operation in accordance with Section 1.4 of Appendix 2 to this ISA and making commercial sales or use of energy, as well as, if applicable, obtaining capacity qualification in accordance with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.
Each Interconnected Entity shall provide the other with certificates of insurance prior to Initial Operation of the Customer Facility and thereafter at such time intervals as they shall mutually agree upon, provided that such interval shall not be less than one year.
If and to the extent required by the Interconnected Transmission Owner, after the Initial Operation of the Customer Facility, Interconnection Customer shall pay one or more of the types of recurring charges described in this section to compensate the Interconnected Transmission Owner for costs incurred in performing certain of its obligations under this Appendix 2.
Except as, and to the extent, otherwise provided in the Interconnection Service Agreement, billing and payment of any recurring charges applicable to Interconnection Service after Initial Operation of the Customer Facility pursuant to Section 10 of this Appendix 2 shall be in accordance with Section 7 of the Tariff.
