Exploration Period definition

Exploration Period means the period mentioned in Article 3 during which Exploration Operations may be carried out by the Contractor as provided in Article 3 hereof.
Exploration Period means any and all periods of exploration set out in the Contract.
Exploration Period means the period defined in Article 6.

  • The Exploration Period shall comprise and be divided into 3 or 4 Subperiods, that is Subperiod 1, Subperiod 2, Subperiod 3 and Subperiod 4 (if any).

  • Such Exploration Operations shall be diligently and continuously carried out in accordance with sound and current international Petroleum industry practices for the duration of the Exploration Period.

More Definitions of Exploration Period

Exploration Period means the period beginning the Operative Date and ending the date a Production Notice is given and Construction Costs are fully committed.
Exploration Period means the Initial Exploration Period and the Additional Exploration Period (as extended), as the case may be, during which Exploration Operations are undertaken by the Contractor; "Exploration Operations" include geological, geophysical and Geochemical surveys and analyses, aerial mapping, investigations of subsurface geology, stratigraphic tests, drilling Exploratory Xxxxx and work necessarily connected therewith;
