Subscriber Customer Data definition

Subscriber Customer Data means a subset of Subscriber Data, which may include information concerning a tour, guide trip, or similar service booked by a Subscriber’s customer, which data may include: services booked, date booked, dates of services, Subscriber’s customers’ name, mailing address, e-mail, telephone number, and credit card billing zip code. Subscriber Customer Data will not include any customer credit card information or any other Subscriber Private Data.

  • Subscriber represents and warrants that: (a) Subscriber’s own terms of services and privacy policy grants it authority to transfer Subscriber Customer Data within the terms of this Agreement; (b) Subscriber has full rights and authority to license Subscriber Customer Data; and (c) if a Subscriber provides Subscriber Customer Data not through Subscriber’s website, that the customer expressly consented for the license and transfer of Subscriber Customer Data for use consistent with this Agreement.

  • Subscriber is solely responsible for all uploaded Subscriber Data, including Subscriber Customer Data.

  • If Subscriber is restricted by law in the duration, permission, individual or class of Subscriber’s customer revoking authority for this license, or license of Subscriber Customer Data, Subscriber shall promptly notify TOMIS of such restriction.

  • Subscriber Data, including Subscriber Customer Data, will be used to benefit all other TOMIS platform subscribers, including but not limited to improving all TOMIS Digital Properties and for cross marketing purposes.

  • Subscriber may request that Learning Objects restore some or all of the Campus Pack Services and/or Subscriber Customer Data from a backup.

  • In the event of an attack or threatened or suspected breach of security against the Campus Pack Services or Learning Objects Infrastructure, Learning Objects reserves the right to immediately audit the relevant portions of the Learning Objects Infrastructure, including the Campus Pack Services and any Subscriber Customer Data hosted thereon.

  • Learning Objects will provide backups to the Campus Pack Services and/or Subscriber Customer Data uploaded to Learning Objects Servers via the Campus Pack services using generally accepted backup procedures as follows: (i) an incremental backup will be conducted every day with data sent offsite; (ii) a full backup will be conducted every month.

  • If Learning Objects reasonably determines, and notifies Subscriber, that the Subscriber Customer Data requires modifications to prevent chronic outages, then Subscriber shall not be eligible for credits and may be subject to additional charges unless Subscriber implements such modifications.

  • Learning Objects may determine it is necessary or appropriate to restore some or all of the Campus Pack Services and/or Subscriber Customer Data from a backup.

  • Learning Objects agrees to provide and maintain a firewall for the Campus Pack Services and/or Subscriber Customer Data.

Related to Subscriber Customer Data

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and any of its lower-tier Subcontractors under this Subcontract.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Network External Designated Transmission Service:

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.

  • Business Customer means a customer who is not a residential customer.

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Subscriber Information means any information contained in the form of computer data or any other form that is held by a service provider relating to subscribers of its services, other than traffic or content data, by which can be established:

  • End Customer means any party that is licensed to receive the Data either directly or via a Redistributor or group of Redistributors.

  • Company Data means (i) data and information regarding each Fund and the shareholders and shareholder accounts of each Fund which is inputted into the Licensed System and the content of records, files and reports generated from such data and information by the Licensed System, and (ii) Company 22c-2 Data (as defined in Section 6.15(a) of this Schedule C).

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.
