Significant Development definition

Significant Development means development that is significant having regard to, among other things, the nature and extent of the subject-matter of the qualifying sub-sale and to the market value of that subject-matter.
Significant Development means development which: disturbs land in the Buffer; disturbs 10,000 or more square feet of land in the Critical Area; results in any disturbance, caused by use, development, or destruction of vegetation, to land in an area designated under the Critical Area Management Program as a habitat protection area; or involves an expenditure for improvements to the property equal to or greater than 50 percent of the assessed value of the property, as certified by the Department of Planning.

More Definitions of Significant Development

Significant Development means where the application is for:
Significant Development means development that requires a capital investment that meets the minimum requirements as described in Schedule “A”, section 3.
Significant Development means any material reserve increase/decrease, settlements, or materially new information that changes the liability evaluation and/or ultimate projected exposure.

Related to Significant Development
