Ground Floor Area definition

Ground Floor Area means the gross floor area only on the ground floor.
Ground Floor Area means the floor area of the first storey of a dwelling unit, excluding any portion of such first storey which is not a habitable room and which has no habitable room, or portion thereof, located there over.
Ground Floor Area. , means the maximum area of a building measured to the outside walls excluding, in the case of a dwelling house, any private garage, carport, porch, veranda or sunroom (unless such sunroom is habitable at all seasons of the year).
