Service Level Arrangements definition

Service Level Arrangements means the service level arrangements set forth the Statement of Work.

More Definitions of Service Level Arrangements

Service Level Arrangements and “SLA” means the service level arrangements set out in Schedule 2.“Service Requirements” means the Client’s requirements for the DaaS Services as set out in the Client’s IPA.
