Party Software means software or SaaS that is owned by a party other than either You or Us which may be supplied under this Agreement as specified in a Statement of Work;
Party Software means software that is developed for general commercial use, available to the public or not developed for HSD. Third-Party Software includes, without limitation, commercial off-the-shelf software, operating system software, and application software, tools and utilities.

Party Software means any software which is owned by a third party, and is provided by either ▇▇▇▇▇ or the Client, and forms part of the Learning Management System; Totara Learning means the owner of the Totara Platform, as stated in the Totara Subscription Agreement.
