SAFE Rules definition

SAFE Rules means the Circular on Relevant Issues Concerning Foreign Exchange Control on Domestic Residents’ Offshore Investment and Financing and Roundtrip Investment through Special Purpose Vehicles issued by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (“SAFE”) of the PRC on July 14, 2014 and related rules and regulations.
SAFE Rules means the Circular on Issues relating to the Administration of Foreign Exchange in Fund-Raising and Reverse Investment Activities of Domestic Residents Conducted via Offshore Special Purpose Companies issued by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange of the PRC (“SAFE”) on October 21, 2005 and related rules and regulations currently in force and publicly available in the PRC as of the date hereof.
SAFE Rules means the Circular on Issues relating to the Administration of Foreign Exchange in Fund-Raising and Reverse Investment Activities of Domestic Residents Conducted via Offshore Special Purpose Companies issued by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange of the PRC on October 21, 2005 and effective on November 1, 2005 and related rules and regulations.

  • SAFE is vested with the power to impose regulatory sanctions if the RQFII or the RQFII custodian (i.e. in the Company's case, being the China Custodian) violates any provision of the applicable rules and regulations issued by SAFE ("SAFE Rules").

  • The Company has urged its current shareholders and beneficial owners of the Company who are, to the Company’s knowledge, PRC residents or PRCcitizens, to comply in all material respects with all registration and other procedures required under applicable SAFE Rules andRegulations for his/her ownership interest in the Company.

  • SAFE is vested with the power to impose regulatory sanctions if the RQFII or the RQFII custodian (i.e. in SISF's case, being the China Custodian) violates any provision of the applicable rules and regulations issued by SAFE ("SAFE Rules").

SAFE Rules means the Notice on Issues Relating to the Administration of Foreign Exchange in Fund-Raising and Round-trip Investment Activities of Domestic Residents Conducted via Offshore Special Purpose Companies, promulgated by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange of the PRC on October 21, 2005, and the Notice of the General Affairs Department of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange on Printing and Distributing the Implementing Rules for the Notice on Issues Relating to the Administration of Foreign Exchange in Fund-Raising and Round-trip Investment Activities of Domestic Residents Conducted via Offshore Special Purpose Companies, promulgated by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange of the PRC on May 29, 2007.
SAFE Rules means the Circular on Relevant Issues Concerning Foreign Exchange Control on Domestic Residents’ Offshore Investment and Financing and Roundtrip Investment through Special Purpose Vehicles issued by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (“SAFE”) of the PRC on July 14, 2014 and related rules and regulations.Based on the foregoing and subject to the qualifications set out below, we are of the opinion that, as of the date hereof, so far as PRC Laws are concerned:
SAFE Rules means the Circular on Issues relating to the Administration of Foreign Exchange in Fund-Raising and Reverse Investment Activities of Domestic Residents Conducted via Offshore Special Purpose Companies issued by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange of the PRC ("SAFE") on July 4, 2014 and related rules and regulations.
SAFE Rules means the rules of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange of the PRC applicable to cross- border security involving PRC entities as provided in the Foreign Exchange Administration Rules on Cross-border Security (跨境担保外汇管理规定) and its Implementation Rules (跨境担保外汇管理操作指引).
SAFE Rules means the Circular on Related Issues concerning Foreign Exchange Administration for Domestic Residents to Engage in Financing and in Roundtrip Investment via Overseas Special Purpose Companies (Hui Fa [2005] No. 75), issued by SAFE on 21 October 2005, effective from 1 November 2005, and any implementation, successor rule or regulation which is effective from time to time relating thereto under PRC law.
SAFE Rules means the regulations and rules issued by SAFE from time to time, including the Notice of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange on Issues concerning the Foreign Exchange Administration of Domestic Individuals’ Participation in Equity Incentive Plans of Overseas Listed Companies (Hui Fa [2012] No. 7, 国家外汇管理局关于境内个人参与境外上市公司股权激励计划外汇管理有关问题的通知).

Related to SAFE Rules

  • DOE Rules means DOE’s energy conservation regulations found in Title 10, Parts 429, 430, and 431 of the Code of Federal Regulations.

  • Network Rules means the rules, regulations, releases, interpretations and other requirements (whether contractual or otherwise) imposed or adopted by any Card Networks and related authorities, including without limitation, those of the PCI Security Standards Council, LLC and the National Automated Clearing House Association (including, with respect to EBT, the Quest Operating Rules and with respect to PIN debit cards, the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the applicable debit network).

  • AIM Rules means the rules published by the London Stock Exchange governing admission to AIM and the regulation of AIM companies as amended or re-issued from time to time;
