Network Rules definition

Network Rules means the rules, regulations, releases, interpretations and other requirements (whether contractual or otherwise) imposed or adopted by any Card Networks and related authorities, including without limitation, those of the PCI Security Standards Council, LLC and the National Automated Clearing House Association (including, with respect to EBT, the Quest Operating Rules and with respect to PIN debit cards, the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the applicable debit network).
Network Rules are the rules, regulations, releases, interpretations and other requirements (whether contractual or otherwise) imposed or adopted by any Network.
Network Rules means the operating rules of any Network, as may be amended from time to time and provided to Higher One in writing.

  • Bank shall promptly notify Company (which may be by email to the Company Program Manager or an update to the Management Committee) of changes in Bank Applicable Law or Network Rules (applicable to issuers) that may have an impact on the Program pursuant to Section 2.3.1. Company shall promptly notify Bank (which may be by email to the Bank Program Manager or an update to the Management Committee) of changes in Company Applicable Law that may have an impact on the Program pursuant to Section 2.3.2.

  • All Purchases on the Co-Brand Accounts in Non-Company Channels shall be settled (including authorizations, transmission of Charge Transaction Data, and processing of returns) through the Network pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Network Rules, including any chargeback rights under the Network Rules.

  • Bank shall ensure that (a) each of the Co-Brand Cards satisfies applicable EMV requirements for embedded microchip and signature technology and otherwise comply with all Applicable Law and Network Rules and (b) each of the Private Label Cards will have a Card Verification Value (CVV) embedded.


More Definitions of Network Rules

Network Rules means the bylaws, procedures, rules and regulations of the Network, as applicable to the Program.
Network Rules means, with respect to a Network, the rules and obligations governing the use of the Network by third parties, as may be amended or restated from time to time.
Network Rules has the meaning set forth in Section 3.24(a).

Network Rules means the rules imposed for bankcard programs by the Network as the same may be amended from time to time by the Network.
