SaaS Fees definition

SaaS Fees means the fees for the SaaS Services identified in the Investment Summary.

  • SaaS Fees are invoiced on a quarterly basis beginning on the first day of the month immediately following the Effective Date.

  • County will not be entitled to a refund or offset of previously paid, but unused SaaS Fees.

  • If County fails to timely pay the SaaS Fees, Contractor may discontinue County’s access to the SaaS Services.

  • Subsequent annual SaaS Fees are invoiced every three (3) months in advance, beginning on the anniversary of the initial invoice date.

  • County acknowledges that continued access to the SaaS Services is contingent upon County’s timely payment of SaaS Fees.


More Definitions of SaaS Fees

SaaS Fees means the fees set out in the Business Terms for the Right of Access, namely the Plan SaaS Fees and the Additional Usage SaaS Fees, subject to any price increases that may be made pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
SaaS Fees means the amounts invoiced by Hyland and payable by Customer to Hyland for the use of the Hyland Cloud Service. The initial SaaS Fees are set forth in the initial Purchase Table Schedule.

SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.
SaaS Fees means the fees to be paid by Buyer to Service Provider as specified the Order Form within the Call-Off Contract and subject to modification from time to time only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
SaaS Fees means subscription fees due by Customer to Planisware under an applicable SaaS Order.
