Reverse Transition Services definition

Reverse Transition Services means each service specified in Part B of Schedule I hereto to be provided from Spinco to IP.

Supplier and Recipient Representative shall negotiate in good faith between the date of the Agreement and Closing terms and conditions for the provision of such packaging services and such clinical supply that are satisfactory in form and substance to the parties and their legal advisors and that are customarily found in agreements of this nature.
