Reseller Data means all electronic data or information submitted by Reseller to the Services.

Examples of Reseller Data in a sentence

  • Subject to the rights granted to BEN pursuant to this Agreement, BXX acquires no right, title or interest (i) from Reseller in or to any Reseller Data or (ii) from any Customers in or to Customer Data, including in each instance any intellectual property rights therein.

  • If Reseller or any of its Customers installs or enables Non-BEN Applications for use with the Services, Reseller acknowledges that BXX xxx allow providers of those Non-BEN Applications to access Customer Data and Reseller Data as required for the interoperation of such Non-BEN Applications with the Services.

  • BEN shall have the non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable right to use the Customer Data and Reseller Data to provide the Services in accordance with this Agreement, to improve the Services and to train and improve the software and artificial intelligence models used by BXX in its business, and Reseller shall obtain such rights from its Customers for the benefit of BEN.

  • BEN shall not be responsible for any disclosure, modification or deletion of any Customer Data and Reseller Data resulting from any such access by Non-BEN application providers.

Reseller Data means any data belonging to a Reseller (which may include Personal Data) provided to Loqate by the Reseller for processing in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

Related to Reseller Data

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and its Subcontractors under this Order.

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.
