Regular Maintenance definition

Regular Maintenance means (i) maintenance performed during the Planned Maintenance Window and (ii) maintenance for which the Client is provided at least 24 hours’ prior notice;

More Definitions of Regular Maintenance

Regular Maintenance means maintenance performed as ▇▇▇▇▇▇ strives to ensure the highest level of availability for all customer sites. To do so, regular maintenance may require ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to take systems offline for brief periods of time in order to implement Updates, Releases or changes. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ reserves the right to carry out Regular Maintenance once per week outside of Business Hours.
Regular Maintenance means Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and other maintenance works as detailed in section 3.0 of Schedule 4 (Specification);
Regular Maintenance means the scheduled site visits made by the Service Provider for the purposes of maintaining the Specified Equipment as specified in Schedule 1 and in accordance with Clause 2;

Regular Maintenance which is defined as the performance of: functional inspections; cleaning; servicing; and replacing of necessary devices, accessories, and equipment. Regular Maintenance is the period of time under which the Hosted Services may be unavailable for recurring maintenance work.
