Corrective Maintenance. ‌ Corrective Maintenance as referred to herein shall mean Repair and/or Replacement Services. For the purposes of evaluating whether Corrective Maintenance qualifies as either Minor or Major Corrective Maintenance, the Contractor shall calculate the total cost of the Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the following formulas, and the cost shall be calculated per Repair Item which shall be compared to the Major/Minor Corrective Maintenance Threshold listed in Table 2. The Contractor shall justify all costs for Major Corrective Maintenance to the Authorized User’s satisfaction, and for Repair Items that qualify as Major Corrective Maintenance the Contractor shall be compensated for the full cost of the work unless the corrective maintenance is determined to be the result of the Contractor’s negligence, in which case the Contract shall not be additionally compensated. Prior to performing any Major Corrective Maintenance, the Contractor shall submit a Cost Proposal to the Authorized User for approval. The Cost Proposal shall be a maximum, not to exceed price; shall include all labor and material costs associated with the Major Corrective Maintenance and shall be calculated on a per item basis (like items shall not be combined in the calculation). Corrective Maintenance. The corrective maintenance activities will be aimed at avoiding repeat failures. Discussion meetings will be held to review failures which caused major repairs or shutdowns. Each Facility staff will review the conditions preceding the failure and, if possible, determine the exact cause, and make findings available to maintenance and operating personnel.
Corrective Maintenance. Service will be provided by CAMECA whenever the instrument requires repairs of a nature outside of the customer responsibility. On-site service will be provided between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday, excluding legal or national holidays. A service visit will continue until all issues (listed in writing at the start of the service visit) have been resolved. The resolution of an issue will be considered in progress when one of the following conditions is met:
Corrective Maintenance. Lucca shall carry out corrective maintenance on the Subscribed Solutions for the term of the Contract and shall correct any repetitive and reproducible defects preventing full execution of the Subscribed Solutions within 48 hours of them being reported in writing by an Administrator. Access to the Subscribed Solutions may occasionally be suspended due to maintenance work required for the proper operation of the Software. In case of interruption to access the Subscribed Solutions during Working Hours for maintenance, Lucca shall inform the Client of this 48 calendar hours in advance so that the latter can take steps to avoid any disruption to its business. Lucca cannot be held liable for any impact of this unavailability on the Client’s business.
