Regular Shipper definition

Regular Shipper means (i) a Committed Shipper, and (ii) a Shipper that has Actual Shipments in each of the twelve months of the Base Period. A Regular Shipper described in clause (ii) ceases to be a Regular Shipper if it has no Actual Shipments for one or more months out of the Base Period, and thereafter, that Shipper will be treated as a New Shipper unless and until it meets Regular Shipper criteria.
Regular Shipper means a Shipper who is not a Volume Discount Shipper or a New Shipper. A Regular Shipper who has not Tendered Ethylene on the Pipeline System during the previous twelve-month period, ceases to be a Regular Shipper and will return to New Shipper status.

Examples of Regular Shipper in a sentence

  • All Product barrels moved by Shipper in excess of its Quarterly Volume Commitment will be attributed to Shipper’s movements on the Pipeline as a Regular Shipper, subject to the applicable Rules & Regulations of the Tariff.

More Definitions of Regular Shipper

Regular Shipper means a Shipper that has actual shipments in nine (9) of the of the twelve (12) months during the Base Period. A Regular Shipper ceases to be a Regular Shipper if it has no actual shipments for three or more consecutive months during the Base Period, and thereafter, that Shipper will be treated as a New Shipper unless and until it meets Regular Shipper criteria again.
Regular Shipper means a Shipper which: (1) has used the pipeline segment subject to allocation during at least one month of the base period, and (2) does not meet the definition ofNew Shipper”, and (3) has volumes nominated for its account on the prorated segment or facility during the period of proration. Regular Shipper means an Uncommitted Shipper that has shipped Products on Carrier’s System during six (6) months of the Base Period.
Regular Shipper means a Shipper that has shipped Ethane, or otherwise is required by its TSA to pay for the transportation of Ethane, during the entirety of the Base Period; provided, however, a Committed Shipper shall be deemed to be a Regular Shipper for purposes of administering Item No. 18 of this tariff as of the first month of service following the in-service date of the system but may thereafter lose its status of Regular Shipper if it does not ship Ethane, or otherwise pay for the transportation of Ethane, as required by its TSA.
