Plan Administration Committee definition

Plan Administration Committee or "Committee" means such person or persons appointed under the provisions of Section 6 to administer and interpret the terms of the Plan.
Plan Administration Committee means the committee established for the purposes of administering the Plan as provided in Article 5.
Plan Administration Committee means the Plan Administration Committee appointed by the Board or by the Compensation & Benefits Committee.

Plan Administration Committee means the three-member committee appointed pursuant to the Plan Administration Agreement to consult with and advise the Plan Administrator.
