Plan Administration Committee definition

Plan Administration Committee or "Committee" means such person or persons appointed under the provisions of Section 6 to administer and interpret the terms of the Plan.

Plan Administration Committee means the committee established for the purposes of administering the Plan as provided in Article 5.

Plan Administration Committee means the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President of Human Resources.

Plan Administration Committee means the Committee described in Section 11.3 appointed by the Vice President – Human Resources of the Employer (and any successor to that title or position).

Plan Administration Committee means the committee established pursuant to this Plan to monitor implementation of the Plan, and take such other actions as are set forth in the Plan or as may be approved by the Bankruptcy Court.
