Permitted Budget definition

Permitted Budget means in relation to a Service where the Council is the Provider, the budget that the Partners have set in relation to the particular Service.
Permitted Budget means the Financial Contributions to the XXXX Services as set out in the Finance Protocol (at Schedule 3 of this Agreement).
Permitted Budget means in relation to a Service, the budget that the Parties have set in relation to the particular Service or Services (including the budgets for all the commissioning staff of each Party), such details being included at Schedule 1 (Integrated Commissioning Strategies and Budget Contributions).

More Definitions of Permitted Budget

Permitted Budget means the approved budget provision within either Pooled Fund for payments in relation to Services detailed in Schedules 1a or 1b as appropriate. Each Permitted Budget will have a budget holder employed by one or other of the Partners. Permitted Expenditure means approved expenditure in relation to the Scheme Specification detailed in Schedules 1a and 1b as appropriate and any Third Party payments authorised by the Integrated Commissioning Board.
Permitted Budget means the budget that the Partners have set in relation to a particular Scheme. Permitted Expenditure means expenditure permitted by the Partners from the Pooled Fund to comprise the Contract Price under Service Contracts, the Permitted Budget and Approved Expenditure. Personal Data (as defined by the DPA and the GDPR) means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’) An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person. Pooled Fund means any pooled fund established and maintained by the Partners as a pooled fund in accordance with the Regulations. Pooled Fund Manager means such officer of the Host Partner (which includes a Section 113 Officer under the Local Government Act 1972) for the relevant Pooled Fund established under a Scheme and nominated by the Host Partner from time to time to manage the Pooled Fund in accordance with Clause 8. Provider means a provider of any Services commissioned under the arrangements set out in this Agreement.
