Consolidated Maintenance Capital Expenditures definition

Consolidated Maintenance Capital Expenditures means, for any period, the aggregate amount of expenditures for additions to property, plant, and equipment that are not Consolidated Expansion Capital Expenditures.
Consolidated Maintenance Capital Expenditures means, for any period, for the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, an amount equal to 10% of the amount of depreciation expense for such period, as determined in accordance with GAAP.

Consolidated Maintenance Capital Expenditures means, as of any date of determination, the sum of expenditures by the Company and its Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, by the expenditure of cash or the incurrence of Indebtedness, with respect to the replacement, repair, maintenance and upkeep of any fixed or capital assets (to the extent capitalized on the financial statements of the Company), in accordance with GAAP. Consolidated Maintenance Capital Expenditures shall be calculated (without duplication) over the four fiscal quarters immediately preceding the date of determination thereof.
