Operating Forecast definition

Operating Forecast with respect to any Person and any period, a detailed consolidated operating forecast for such Person and its consolidated Subsidiaries for such period (including a projected consolidated balance sheet of such Person and its consolidated Subsidiaries as of the end of such period, the related consolidated statements of projected cash flow and projected income and a description of the underlying assumptions applicable thereto).
Operating Forecast the monthly operating forecast of the income statement and balance sheet of the MLP and its consolidated Subsidiaries in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, as updated from time to time pursuant to Section 7.1(e).
Operating Forecast means the consolidated business plan and projected operating budget previously delivered to the Agent.

More Definitions of Operating Forecast

Operating Forecast. The periodic forecast prepared by the Borrower (on an aggregate and month-by-month basis) in connection with the operation of the Project, and delivered from time to time pursuant to Section 6.1(j)(ii) of the Common Agreement, which (i) shall be the Borrower’s good faith projections at such time taking into account all facts and circumstances then existing and assumptions believed by the Borrower to be reasonable on the date made, reasonable estimates of all Operating Revenues reasonably expected to be received and all Operating Costs (by category) and Capital Expenditures reasonably expected to be incurred, (ii) shall reflect Debt Service due during each period, and pro forma Cash Available for Debt Service projections for each period, (iii) shall include such other information as may be reasonably requested by the Loan Servicer or the Lender’s Engineer, and (iv) shall be prepared on a basis consistent from period to period, and consistent with the Operating Plan, in sufficient detail to permit meaningful comparisons, and shall include a statement of the assumptions on which it is based.
Operating Forecast means a business plan and projected operating budget for the Company and its Subsidiaries, for the remainder of 2009, broken down by month, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, projected capital expenditures, asset sales, cost savings and head count reductions, targeted facility closures, targeted facility idlings and other milestones, a line item for total available liquidity for the period covered thereby and setting forth the anticipated uses of the Facilities for such period.
Operating Forecast means, with respect to Fiscal Year 2009, the operating forecast submitted pursuant to Section 6.04(c) and, with respect to Fiscal Year 2010, the operating forecast submitted pursuant to Section 6.04(d), as amended from time to time to account for any material adjustments to the anticipated date of the Company’s emergence from bankruptcy.”

Operating Forecast shall have the meaning provided in Section 6.22(b) and be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Required Lenders.
Operating Forecast means the projection of expenditures, revenues, staffing levels, and service levels for three years beyond the Operating Budget approval year.
