Project Year definition
Project Year means the 12 month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending 12 months thereafter and each successive 12 month period following thereafter;
Project Year means each period of twelve (12) months during the Contract Period beginning with the Commencement Date; and
Project Year or “PY” means ” each twelve-month period during Project implementation, starting from the day after the Effective Date and ending twelve calendar months thereafter, and each subsequent twelve calendar month period after it;

For a period of 5 years after the Project Year, Subrecipient will provide the Village with an annual report inventorying all real property acquired or improved with CDBG funds and certifying its use in accordance with the CDBG National Objectives.

More Definitions of Project Year
Project Year each period of twelve (12) consecutive months, commencing on the Operation Commencement Date and thereafter commencing on every anniversary of the Operation Commencement Date;
