Available Liquidity definition

Available Liquidity means on any date, the sum of (i) the excess, if any, of (x) the amount of all Revolving Credit Commitments of each Lender that is not a Defaulting Lender on such date over (y) the aggregate Revolving Credit Exposure on such date plus (ii) the aggregate amount of unrestricted cash and Permitted Investments of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries on such date.
Available Liquidity means the credit balance on the T2S DCA decreased by the amount of any processed reservations of liquidity or blocking of funds,

  • Available Liquidity Buffer means available liquid assets on reserved accounts of the CBC, plus interest payments and principal repayments from the underlying assets (including derivatives) to which the CBC is contractually entitled for the following six (6) months period.

Available Liquidity means, with respect to the Parent, the sum of, without duplication, (i) the cash, Cash Equivalents and uncalled capital from investors of the Parent and its consolidated Subsidiaries in an amount not exceeding the positive difference between total assets and total liabilities of the Parent and its consolidated Subsidiaries, in each case, as of the applicable reporting date and as set forth in the form of report previously agreed between the Company and the Administrative Agent and (ii) the Available Capacity.
