Contract Quantity definition

Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;
Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in Section 3.1(e).
Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

Examples of Contract Quantity in a sentence

  • Remaining Contract Quantity shall mean the total estimated usage for the period remaining in the Fixed Term of this Agreement at the time of termination, based on Buyer’s historical usage or Company’s estimated usage calculated in a commercially reasonable manner.

More Definitions of Contract Quantity

Contract Quantity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
