Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in Section 3.1(e) and Cover Sheet Section D . “Contract Year” means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.
