Contract Quantity definition

Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;
Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.
Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in Section 3.1(e).

More Definitions of Contract Quantity

Contract Quantity has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in Section 3.1(e) and Cover Sheet Section D . “Contract Year” means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. The first Contract Year shall commence on the Initial Energy Delivery Date and each subsequent Contract Year shall commence on the anniversary of the Initial Energy Delivery Date.
Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in Section 3.1(e) and Cover Sheet Section D .
