Marketing Plan definition

Marketing Plan means a plan or system concerning a material aspect of conducting business. Indicia of a marketing plan include any of the following:

  • Said Marketing Plan and the Management Plan described in Section 4.1 hereof shall be prepared by the Borrower and approved by the County on an annual basis; however, the Borrower shall provide quarterly written supplements to said approved plans (or more frequently if requested by the County).

Marketing Plan means advice or training, provided to the purchaser by the seller or a person recommended by the seller, pertaining to the sale of any products, equipment, supplies, or services. The advice or training may include, but is not limited to, preparing or providing any of the following:
