Examples of Forecast in a sentence
On the Thursday of each calendar week (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the following Business Day) commencing on November 20, 2025 (each such date, a “Reporting Date”), the Issuer shall provide an updated 13-Week Forecast.
Until the occurrence of a Successful Exchange Transaction, the Company shall, on or before the fourth Business Day of the first week (but in any event not later than Friday of such week) of each successive four-week period following the Effective Date (i.e., commencing with the week ending September 5, 2025), submit an updated Cash Flow Forecast for the next successive thirteen-week period.
