Occupation Permit definition

Occupation Permit means a temporary or permanent occupation permit issued by the Building Authority in relation to the Development or any part or parts thereof;
Occupation Permit means the written permission issued by the Building Authority under the provisions of the Buildings Ordinance for the Development to be occupied and includes a Temporary Occupation Permit;
