Material of Environmental Concern definition

Material of Environmental Concern means and includes pollutants, contaminants, toxic substances, oil as defined in the United States Oil Pollution Act of 1990 and all hazardous substances as defined in the United States Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Xxx 0000;

Material of Environmental Concern means and includes pollutants, contaminants, hazardous wastes, and toxic, radioactive, caustic or otherwise hazardous substances, including petroleum, its derivatives, by-products and other hydrocarbons, or any substance having any constituent elements displaying any of the foregoing characteristics.

Material of Environmental Concern means chemicals, pollutants, contaminants, wastes, toxic substances, petroleum and petroleum products.

Examples of Material of Environmental Concern in a sentence

• Neither EOPT nor any of its Subsidiaries shall become subject to any Environmental Claim which has a Material Adverse Effect, including, without limitation, any arising out of or related to (i) the release or threatened release of any Material of Environmental Concern into the environment, or any remedial action in response thereto, or (ii) any violation of any Environmental Laws.

• Neither General Partner nor any of its Subsidiaries shall become subject to any Environmental Claim which has a Material Adverse Effect, including, without limitation, any arising out of or related to (i) the release or threatened release of any Material of Environmental Concern into the environment, or any remedial action in response thereto, or (ii) any violation of any Environmental Laws.

• Neither AMB nor any of its Subsidiaries shall become subject to any Environmental Claim which has a Material Adverse Effect, including, without limitation, any arising out of or related to: (i) the release or threatened release of any Material of Environmental Concern into the environment, or any remedial action in response thereto; or (ii) any violation of any Environmental Laws.

• Neither AMB LP nor any of its Subsidiaries shall become subject to any Environmental Claim which has a Material Adverse Effect, including, without limitation, any arising out of or related to (i) the release or threatened release of any Material of Environmental Concern into the environment, or any remedial action in response thereto, or (ii) any violation of any Environmental Laws.

More Definitions of Material of Environmental Concern

Material of Environmental Concern means and includes chemicals, pollutants, contaminants, waste, toxic or hazardous substances, oil, petroleum and oil and petroleum products and any other polluting substances, the release, discharge, disposal or emission of which into the environment is regulated, prohibited or penalised by or pursuant to any applicable environmental law;

Material of Environmental Concern means (i) any petroleum or petroleum products, radioactive materials, asbestos in any form that is or could become friable, urea formaldehyde foam insulation and transformers or other equipment that contain dielectric fluid containing polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs); (ii) any chemicals, materials, substances or wastes which are defined as or included in the definition of “hazardous substances,” “hazardous wastes,” “hazardous materials,” “extremely hazardous wastes,” “restricted hazardous wastes,” “toxic substances,” “toxic pollutants” or words of similar import, under any Environmental Law; and (iii) any other chemical, material, substance or waste, exposure to which is prohibited, limited or regulated by any Governmental Entity.

Material of Environmental Concern means chemicals, pollutants, contaminants, wastes, toxic or hazardous substances, petroleum and petroleum products, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, lead or lead-based paints or materials, radon, or mold, fungi, yeast or other similar biological agents that may have an adverse effect on human health.

Material of Environmental Concern means chemicals, pollutants, contaminants, hazardous materials, hazardous substances and hazardous wastes, toxic substances, petroleum and petroleum products that are regulated under the Environmental Laws.

Material of Environmental Concern means oil, oil products and any other substance including any chemical, gas or other hazardous or noxious substance) which is (or is capable or being or becoming) polluting toxic or hazardous;
