Hazardous air pollutant definition

Hazardous air pollutant means any air pollutant listed as a hazardous air pollutant pursuant to Section 112(b) of the FCAA.
Hazardous air pollutant or “HAP” means any air pollutant listed pursuant to § 112 of the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 7401, et seq., as of the effective date of this regulation.

Hazardous air pollutant. (HAP) means an air pollutant listed by the EPA under section 112(b) of the FCAA or determined by the Commission to cause, or reasonably be anticipated to cause, adverse effects to human health or the environment.
