Floor Area definition

Floor Area means the gross floor area of the specific use.

More Definitions of Floor Area

Floor Area means the horizontal area of floor in a building covered with roof, whether or not enclosed by walls but excluding ancillary covered spaces and projections allowed under these regulations.
Floor Area means the covered area of the building at any floor level.
Floor Area means the space on any storey of a building between exterior walls and required fire walls, including the space occupied by interior walls and partitions, but not including exits and vertical service spaces that pierce the storey.

Floor Area in this Lease shall mean the rentable square footage set forth in Item 8 of the Basic Lease Provisions. The rentable square footage set forth in Item 8 may include or have been adjusted by various factors, including, without limitation, a load factor for any vertical penetrations, stairwells or similar features or areas of the Building. Tenant agrees that the Floor Area set forth in Item 8 shall be binding on Landlord and Tenant for purposes of this Lease regardless of whether any future or differing measurements of the Premises or the Building are consistent or inconsistent with the Floor Area set forth in Item 8.
