Notice Schedule definition

Notice Schedule means the Notice Schedule attached as Schedule I to this Agreement. “NY UCC” means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect on the Closing Date in the State of New York, as amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time, and any successor statute.
Notice Schedule means the schedule of addresses for notice of the Lenders attached as Schedule C.
Notice Schedule means a schedule, to be delivered to the Sellers’ Representative by ▇▇▇▇▇ following the Closing, including the email address of each Seller Indemnifying Party as it may be updated from time to time. The Sellers’ Representative shall have no obligation to assist in the collection of the funds due to Buyer.
