Acknowledgment Agreement. The Acknowledgment Agreement shall have been duly authorized, executed and delivered by each party thereto and shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and its legal counsel, and all conditions precedent to the effectiveness of the Acknowledgment Agreement shall have been satisfied or waived.
Acknowledgment Agreement. An Acknowledgment Agreement executed by Xxxxxxxx and the Agency, in a form satisfactory to Administrative Agent; and
Acknowledgment Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, all terms and provisions of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents are and shall be subject to the terms and provisions of the Acknowledgment Agreement. To the extent that any conflict necessarily exists or shall be adjudged to exist between the terms and provisions of this Agreement or any of the Loan Documents and those of the Acknowledgment Agreement, solely with respect to the relationship and agreements between Borrower, Administrative Agent, any Lender and/or the Agency, the terms and provisions of the Acknowledgment Agreement shall govern and control.
Acknowledgment Agreement. Each of the Operating Partnership and Property Manager hereby agree that certain property management acknowledgment, dated as of May 10, 2013 among the Operating Partnership, the Property Manager, the Owner and the Agent (the “Acknowledgment Agreement”) entered into in connection with the Loan Documents shall be incorporated herein by reference herein.
Acknowledgment Agreement. Agent shall have received, with an executed counterpart for each Bank, duly executed copies of the Acknowledgment Agreement.
Acknowledgment Agreement. An appropriate form shall be signed by all faculty, staff, employees and students working at the Medical Center providing for specific acceptance of the terms of this Policy. Rights and obligations under this agreement shall survive any termination of enrollment, appointme nt or employment at the Medical Center. Nothing herein contained is intended to grant or dispose of any right title, or interest to any disclosure, idea, improve ment, or invention, whether patentable or not, which has been supported or funded by outside parties who acquire rights to such disclosure , idea, improveme nt or invention.
Acknowledgment Agreement. An Acknowledgement Agreement executed by Borrower and each of Fxxxxx Mae in a form satisfactory to Lender;
Acknowledgment Agreement. A fully-executed Acknowledgment Agreement; and
Acknowledgment Agreement. Borrower will deliver to Bank within six (6) months after the Effective Date the Acknowledgment Agreement with Xxxxxxx Mac.
Acknowledgment Agreement. On the Initial Borrowing Date and immediately after giving effect to the Transaction, Lacex Xxxtems (as successor by merger to NIS No. 2) shall execute and deliver an Acknowledgment Agreement in the form of Exhibit L hereto.
