ESDM Report definition
ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Canadian ORTECH Environmental Inc. and dated March 26, 2004 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A, and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.
ESDM Report means the most current Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report that describes the Facility. The ESDM Report is based on the Original ESDM Report and is updated after the issuance of this Approval in accordance with section 26 of O. Reg. 419/05 and the Procedure Document;
ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Trang Nguyen (Pinchin Environmental Ltd.) and dated February 5, 2010, submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.
More Definitions of ESDM Report
ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Mano Narayanan, AMEC Americas Limited and dated December 20, 2007 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.
ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Aidan Maher, Pinchin Environmental Limited and dated June 6, 2008 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.
ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Tryskele Environment Health and Safety and revised March 6, 2009 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.
ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Conestoga-Rovers & Associates and dated June 2005, submitted in support of the application, and includes all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.
ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Ortech Environmental and dated November 22, 2005 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.
ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Golder Associates and dated March 2011 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in the attached Schedule "A" and all subsequent up-dated ESDM Reports as applicable;
ESDM Report means the most current Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report that describes the Facility. The ESDM Report is based on the Original ESDM Report, is prepared after the issuance of this Approval in accordance with section 26 of O. Reg. 419/05 and the Procedure Document by the Company or its consultant, and is periodically updated to incorporate all Modifications to and changes on discharge from the Facility, as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Approval.
