Monthly Status Reports. 19.1.1 During the Operation Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Engineer a monthly report stating in reasonable detail the condition of the Project including its compliance or otherwise with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual, Maintenance Program and Safety Requirements, and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Engineer or the Authority. In particular, such report shall separately identify and state in reasonable detail the defects and deficiencies that require rectification.
Monthly Status Reports. During Post COD Period, the Concessionaire shall, not later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the PMU a monthly report stating in reasonable detail the condition of the project including its compliance or otherwise with the maintenance requirements, the quantity of Solid Waste collected, processed & disposed and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the PMU. In particular, such report shall separately identify and state in reasonable detail the defects and deficiencies that require rectification.
Monthly Status Reports. (a) The Contractor shall prepare a monthly status report based on a template format provided by Princeton University that contains, without limitation to other requirements for same as may be provided elsewhere in the Contract, the following items:
Monthly Status Reports. 1.1. DESIGN PROFESSIONAL shall submit to OWNER, not later than the tenth (10th) day of each month, a progress report reflecting the PROJECT design and construction status, in terms of the total work effort estimated to be required for the completion of the Basic Services, as of the last day of the preceding month. The report shall show all work items, the percentage complete of each item, the percentage of total work effort represented by each item, and the percentage of total work effort completed.
Monthly Status Reports. Furnish to the Agent, on a monthly basis on each Payment Date, a monthly report in the form of Exhibit B hereto (which report shall have attached thereto a copy of the Servicer's Certificate delivered pursuant to the Pooling Agreement for the related Collection Period) and such other information with respect to the Trust's property as the Agent may reasonably request (including a copy of the monthly statements with respect to the Cash Collateral Account furnished by the holder thereof (if other than the Trust Depositor, the Servicer or an Affiliate thereof) and information relating to the source and amount of any prepayment of the Loans pursuant to Section 2.02(c) or (d)).
Monthly Status Reports. 19.1.1 During the Contract Period, the Operator shall, no later than [7 (seven)] days after the end of each month, furnish to the Authority a monthly report stating in reasonable detail the maintenance services performed by the Operator on the Buses and the defects and deficiencies that require rectification. The report shall also include Key Performance Indicators achieved by the Buses and the compliance or otherwise with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual and Operation Manual. The Operator shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Authority.
Monthly Status Reports. During Operation Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Monitor[s], a monthly report stating in reasonable detail the condition of the Project including its compliance or otherwise with the Service Requirements, Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual, Service Quality Manual, Maintenance Programme and Safety Requirements, and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Monitor[s].
Monthly Status Reports. The Manager shall prepare and deliver to the Owner within the prescribed time period set forth on Exhibit D-1 a written Monthly Status Report in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D-l.
Monthly Status Reports. Prior to the start of work, the Consultant shall furnish the Authority with a proposed progress schedule in a format acceptable to the Authority. The Consultant will outline the various phases of work that will need to be completed in order to meet the schedule set forth by the Authority. During the course of the project, the Consultant shall submit to the Authority, a Monthly Project Status Report of accomplishments from the preceding month. The report shall be used to keep team members and the Authority’s Engineering Program Manager informed about project status and issues. Information will include:
Monthly Status Reports. The monthly status reports shall be in contractor format and shall include the following information: Progress made during the month. Schedule problems and related work arounds. Planned activities for the next month.
