CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report. The monthly report in the “Operating Statement Analysis Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

The Servicer and the Special Servicer shall each remit electronically an image of each CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report and/or each CREFC® NOI Adjustment Worksheet prepared or updated by it (promptly following initial preparation and each update thereof), together with, upon request, the underlying operating statements and rent rolls to the Collateral Manager, the Note Administrator and, in the case of such a report prepared or updated by the Servicer, the Special Servicer.
