Sales Report definition
Sales Report means a report in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B (Royalty Report Form).

Sales Report means the monthly overview of sales provided by Franchisees with respect to each of their Franchised Restaurants pursuant to their respective Franchise Agreements.
Sales Report means the sales report as set out in Schedule 3 to be submitted by LICENSEE to ETPL pursuant to this Agreement.
Sales Report means with respect to each calendar quarter a report detailing:

Sales Report has the meaning given under Clause 24.5 of Schedule 1;
Sales Report means a prospectus supplement filed with the SEC by the Company pursuant to Rule 424 under the Securities Act, containing the information listed in Section 2.02(c) with respect to one or more series of Securities.
