Monthly Reporting Date definition
Monthly Reporting Date means the fifteenth (15th) day of each Monthly Period (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day).
Monthly Reporting Date means the 20th calendar day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the next succeeding Business Day) of each calendar month.
Monthly Reporting Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.07(a).
