In any case where the date of any Monthly Remittance Date or any Monthly Reporting Date shall not be a Business Day, then payment or mailing need not be made on such date, but must be made on the preceding Business Day.
The Servicer shall provide (or cause to be provided) the Data File to the Collateral Agent at least three (3) Business Days prior to the Monthly Reporting Date and, with respect to a Payment Date Report, at least three (3) Business Days prior to the Payment Date.
If the Collateral Agent shall not have received any accounting provided for in this Section 8.07 on the first Business Day after the date on which such accounting is due to the Collateral Agent, the Collateral Agent shall notify the Servicer who shall use reasonable efforts to obtain such accounting by the applicable Monthly Reporting Date or Payment Date, as applicable.
