Monthly Reporting Date definition

Monthly Reporting Date means the 25th day of each month after the date of this Agreement (or if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

Monthly Reporting Date means the fifteenth (15) day of each month, or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day.

Monthly Reporting Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.07(a).

Examples of Monthly Reporting Date in a sentence

• In any case where the date of any Monthly Remittance Date or any Monthly Reporting Date shall not be a Business Day, then payment or mailing need not be made on such date, but must be made on the preceding Business Day.

• The Servicer shall provide (or cause to be provided) the Data File to the Collateral Agent at least three (3) Business Days prior to the Monthly Reporting Date and, with respect to a Payment Date Report, at least three (3) Business Days prior to the Payment Date.

• If, as of any Monthly Reporting Date, the average of the Excess Spread Ratios for the three preceding Accounting Periods is less than 7.00%, the Borrower shall purchase, or cause the Servicer to purchase, an Interest Rate Hedge Agreement which shall provide suitable protection (in the Program Agent’s reasonable judgment) against an adverse change in interest rates.

Monthly Reporting Date means the second Business Day prior to each Settlement Date.
