Neither the Manager nor any of its Manager Designees makes any representations or warranties, express or implied, in respect of the services to be provided by the Manager or the Manager Designees hereunder.
The Managers or the Manager Designees will devote such time and efforts to the performance of the services contemplated hereby as the Managers deem reasonably necessary or appropriate; provided, however, that no minimum number of hours is required to be devoted by the Managers or the Manager Designees on a weekly, monthly, annual or other basis.
