Major Service Provider definition

Major Service Provider means any Service Provider that Seller proposes to engage to perform any EPC Services and/or any Facility Services for which the aggregate compensation to such Service Provider in any calendar year is expected to be greater than [***] of the Services Fees paid to Seller in the applicable calendar year.
