Replacement Service Provider definition

Replacement Service Provider means any third party that the Purchaser may appoint to replace the Bidder upon expiry of the Term or otherwise termination of this RFP or the SLA to undertake the Services or part thereof
Replacement Service Provider means any third party service provider appointed by the CLIENT, to supply any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the CLIENT receives in substitution for any of the Services following the expiry, termination or partial termination of the Contract;
