Sub-Service Provider definition

Sub-Service Provider means any person / firm / Organization / company /entity (other than the Service Provider) and it’s legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns named in the Contract as a Sub-Service Provider for a part of the Services or to whom a part of the Services has been sub-Contracted with the written prior consent of the Employer.
Sub-Service Provider means an entity to whom the Service provider intends to subcontract any part of the Services while remaining responsible to the Client during the performance of the Contract.
Sub-Service Provider means any person (other than the Service Provider) named in the contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been subcontracted with the consent of the Employer and the Sub -Service Provider’s legal successors in title but not any assignee of the Sub-Service Provider.

  • If the Service Provider or their employees /agents / representatives or Sub-Service Provider (if authorized by Employer) shall damage, break, deface or destroy any property /equipment belonging to the Employer or third party(ies) during the execution of this Contract, the same shall be made good by the Service Provider at his own expenses and in default thereof, the EIC may cause the same to be made good by other agencies and recover expenses plus 15% overhead from the Service Provider.
