Video service provider definition
Video service provider or "provider" means a person authorized under this act to provide video service.
Video service provider means that term as defined in section 1 of the uniform video services local franchise act, 2006 PA 480, MCL 484.3301.
Video service provider or “VSP” shall mean any entity using the public rights-of-way to provide multiple Video Programming services to subscribers, for purchase or at no cost, regardless of the transmission method, facilities, or technology used. A VSP shall include but is not limited to any entity that provides cable services, multi-channel multipoint distribution services, broadcast satellite services, satellite-delivered services, wireless services, and Internet-Protocol based services.
