Local Data definition

Local Data means both personal and corporate data collected within Pakistan for processing within or outside Pakistan;
Local Data shall be defined as information including images related to the practice of medicine created and maintained by Participant and physically stored in a data center owned and operated by Participant or Participant’s employer. Local Data will contain “Protected Health Information” (“PHI”) as that term is defined by the regulations promulgated under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, codified at 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164, as amended by the Privacy and Security provisions set forth in Section 13400 of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act, Public Law 111-5 (the “HIPAA Regulations”).
Local Data refers to Data that is held by Amberjack only in local documentary form, such as documents downloaded to Amberjack’s or Associates’ computers and laptops, printed paper documents and handwritten notes. Where Services are delivered using an Amberjack Technology Solution Only or Amberjack Technology Solution and RPO delivery model, the following procedure will be applied: System Data Once a campaign has been completed Amberjack will store System Data related to the campaign for a period of 12 months (the “Storage Period”). During the Storage Period, Amberjack will produce anonymised, aggregated data from the System Data related to the campaign for the purposes of cross campaign analysis of specific trends. During the Storage Period, if the Client has so requested, Amberjack will provide a copy of the System Data related to the campaign to the Client using a commonly used format. This provision of such System Data will be subject to the Client paying additional fees, which will be notified to the Client upon request and vary depending on the method of provision chosen by the Client and the amount of data. At the end of the Storage Period, Amberjack will delete all System Data related to the campaign. Local Data Amberjack will retain Local Data related to the campaign for the Storage Period and delete/destroy all such Local Data at the end of the Storage Period. Amberjack will not provide Local Data to the Client. Where Services are delivered using the RPO Only delivery model, the following procedure will be applied: As no Amberjack Technology Solution is used in these circumstances, Amberjack will not be in possession of any System Data, only Local Data. Once a campaign has been completed Amberjack will retain any Local Data related to the campaign for the Storage Period and delete such Local Data at the end of the Storage Period. Amberjack will not provide a copy of Local Data to the Client. DATA PROCESSING SCHEDULE This provisions of this Schedule shall apply to all Processing of Candidate Personal Data under the Agreement.

  • Technical data means recorded information, regardless of the form or method of the recording, of a scientific or technical nature (including computer software documentation). The term does not include computer software or data incidental to contract administration, such as financial and/or management information.

  • Educational data means data maintained by the school district which relates to a student.

  • Operational Data means data derived from the performance, use, and operation of the Subscription Service, including the number of records in the Subscription Service, and the number and types of transactions, configurations, and reports processed in the Subscription Service. Operational Data will not include Customer Confidential Information.

  • Historical data means data collected more than five years before the department’s date of listing or other determination under section 455B.194, subsection 1.

  • Confidential Data used in connection with their businesses. “Personal Data” means (i) a natural person’s name, street address, telephone number, e-mail address, photograph, social security number or tax identification number, driver’s license number, passport number, credit card number, bank information, or customer or account number; (ii) any information which would qualify as “personally identifying information” under the Federal Trade Commission Act, as amended; (iii) “personal data” as defined by GDPR; (iv) any information which would qualify as “protected health information” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, as amended by the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (collectively, “HIPAA”); (v) any “personal information” as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”); and (vi) any other piece of information that allows the identification of such natural person, or his or her family, or permits the collection or analysis of any data related to an identified person’s health or sexual orientation. There have been no breaches, violations, outages or unauthorized uses of or accesses to same, except for those that have been remedied without material cost or liability or the duty to notify any other person, nor any incidents under internal review or investigations relating to the same. The Company and its subsidiaries are presently in material compliance with all applicable laws or statutes and all judgments, orders, rules and regulations of any court or arbitrator or governmental or regulatory authority, internal policies and contractual obligations relating to the privacy and security of IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data and to the protection of such IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data from unauthorized use, access, misappropriation or modification.

  • Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Shared Personal Data means the personal data to be shared between the parties under clause 1.2 of this agreement to enable the parties to fulfil their obligations under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Virtual Data Room means the virtual data room established by the Company, access to which was given to SPAC in connection with its due diligence investigation of the Company relating to the Transactions.

For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • personal data filing system ('filing system') shall mean any structured set of personal data which are accessible according to specific criteria, whether centralized, decentralized or dispersed on a functional or geographical basis;

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Teacher Data is defined as at least the following: Social security number. Date of birth. Personal street address. Personal email address. Personal telephone number Performance evaluations. Other information that, alone or in combination, is linked or linkable to a specific teacher, paraprofessional, principal, or administrator that would allow a reasonable person in the school community, who does not have personal knowledge of the relevant circumstances, to identify any with reasonable certainty. Information requested by a person who the department reasonably believes or knows the identity of the teacher, paraprofessional, principal, or administrator to whom the education record relates.

  • Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;

  • Cardholder Information means any non-public, sensitive information about a Cardholder, including any combination of Cardholder name plus the Cardholder’s social security number, driver’s license or other identification number or credit or debit card number, or other bank account number.
