Local Data definition

Local Data means both personal and corporate data collected within Pakistan for processing within or outside Pakistan;
Local Data shall be defined as information including images related to the practice of medicine created and maintained by Participant and physically stored in a data center owned and operated by Participant or Participant’s employer. Local Data will contain “Protected Health Information” (“PHI”) as that term is defined by the regulations promulgated under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, codified at 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164, as amended by the Privacy and Security provisions set forth in Section 13400 of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act, Public Law 111-5 (the “HIPAA Regulations”).
Local Data refers to Data that is held by Amberjack only in local documentary form, such as documents downloaded to Amberjack’s or Associates’ computers and laptops, printed paper documents and handwritten notes. Once a campaign has been completed Amberjack will store System Data related to the campaign for a period of 12 months (the “Storage Period”). During the Storage Period, Amberjack will produce anonymised, aggregated data from the System Data related to the campaign for the purposes of cross campaign analysis of specific trends. During the Storage Period, if the Client has so requested, Amberjack will provide a copy of the System Data related to the campaign to the Client using a commonly used format. This provision of such System Data will be subject to the Client paying additional fees, which will be notified to the Client upon request and vary depending on the method of provision chosen by the Client and the amount of data. At the end of the Storage Period, Amberjack will delete all System Data related to the campaign. Amberjack will retain Local Data related to the campaign for the Storage Period and delete/destroy all such Local Data at the end of the Storage Period. Amberjack will not provide Local Data to the Client. Once a campaign has been completed Amberjack will retain any Local Data related to the campaign for the Storage Period and delete such Local Data at the end of the Storage Period. Amberjack will not provide a copy of Local Data to the Client. This provisions of this Schedule shall apply to all Processing of Candidate Personal Data under the Agreement.

  • Data is entered by the AAA into its own local database (Local Data System)—which may also be developed by PeerPlace Networks, LLC and made available to AAA through independent contract between AAA and PeerPlace—and is subsequently transmitted to the Statewide Data System, a statewide database owned, operated, and/or maintained by NYSOFA, as described in the attached Memorandum of Agreement.

Related to Local Data

  • Technical Data means recorded information, regardless of the form or method of the recording, of a scientific or technical nature (including computer software documentation). The term does not include computer software or data incidental to contract administration, such as financial and/or management information.

  • Educational data means data maintained by the school district which relates to a student.

  • Operational Data means personal data provided or made available by one party to the other which is operationally required for the performance of the Contract (business contact information such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers and fax numbers) relating to the Party’s employees or representatives;

  • Historical data means any data collected by an ALPR system and stored on the statewide ALPR server operated by the Vermont Justice Information Sharing System of the Department of Public Safety. Any data collected by an ALPR system in accordance with this section shall be considered collected for a legitimate law enforcement purpose.

  • Confidential Data used in connection with their businesses. “Personal Data” means (i) a natural person’s name, street address, telephone number, e-mail address, photograph, social security number or tax identification number, driver’s license number, passport number, credit card number, bank information, or customer or account number; (ii) any information which would qualify as “personally identifying information” under the Federal Trade Commission Act, as amended; (iii) “personal data” as defined by GDPR; (iv) any information which would qualify as “protected health information” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, as amended by the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (collectively, “HIPAA”); (v) any “personal information” as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”); and (vi) any other piece of information that allows the identification of such natural person, or his or her family, or permits the collection or analysis of any data related to an identified person’s health or sexual orientation. There have been no breaches, violations, outages or unauthorized uses of or accesses to same, except for those that have been remedied without material cost or liability or the duty to notify any other person, nor any incidents under internal review or investigations relating to the same. The Company and its subsidiaries are presently in material compliance with all applicable laws or statutes and all judgments, orders, rules and regulations of any court or arbitrator or governmental or regulatory authority, internal policies and contractual obligations relating to the privacy and security of IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data and to the protection of such IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data from unauthorized use, access, misappropriation or modification.
