Cardholder Information means any non-public, sensitive information about a Cardholder or related to a Card, including, but not limited to, any combination of Cardholder name plus the Cardholder’s social security number, driver’s license or other identification number, or credit or debit card number, or other bank account number.

Cardholder Information or “CHD” - means information related to a holder (e.g., consumer, purchaser) of a credit, debit, private-label, check, or gift card who is identified on or in the credit, debit, private-label, check, or gift card, and can include the Cardholder name, magnetic stripe information, primary account number, expiration date, card security code (CSC) or service code. Notwithstanding the above, Cardholder Information may also include all data designated in the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, whose website is currently located at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, as “Cardholder Data” or “Sensitive Authentication Data.”

• These safeguards will (i) insure the confidentiality of Cardholder Information; (ii) protect against any anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of Cardholder Information; (iii) protect against unauthorized access to or use of Cardholder Information that could result in substantial harm or inconvenience to any Cardholder; and (iv) properly dispose of all Cardholder Information to ensure no unauthorized access to Cardholder Information.

• Merchant may not sell, disclose, or otherwise make Cardholder Information available, in whole or in part, in a manner not provided for in this Agreement, without Bank’s prior written consent.

• Merchant will maintain appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards for all Cardholder Information.

• This includes the Visa Cardholder Information Security Program (“CISP”) found at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇; the MasterCard Site Data Protection Program (“SDP”), found at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇; and the American Express Data Security Operating Policy (“DSOP”), found at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; and any similar Association or Other Network program requirement.

• If MERCHANT stores cardholder account numbers, expiration dates, and other personal cardholder data in a database, MERCHANT must follow VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Network guidelines on securing such data as outlined by the Visa Cardholder Information Security Procedures (CISP), MasterCard Site Data Protection (SDP), and Discover Information Security and Compliance Program (DISC).

More Definitions of Cardholder Information

Cardholder Information has the meaning given to it in Schedule 7.2.

Cardholder Information means the data contained on a Card, or otherwise provided to Customer, that is required by the Card Organization or us in order to process, approve and/or settle a Card transaction;

Cardholder Information means any non -public, personally identifiable information about a Cardholder, including any combination of Cardholder name plus the Cardholder’ s social insurance number, driver’s license or other identification number or credit or debit card number, or other bank account number. “Chargeback" means the procedure by which a Sales Draft (or disputed portion thereof) is returned to Processor by a Card Issuer because such item does not comply with the applicable Card plan’ s operating regulations.

Cardholder Information is collectively known as “Customer Information” and may include, but is not limited to the following information about any Customer of a Merchant: name; address; phone number; email address; credit card number; driver’s license; social security number; birth date; demographics, Transactional Data and includes, but not be limited to the following information about a Merchant or its officers and principals, name, address, phone number; email address; credit card number; driver’s license; social security number; birth date; demographics.

Cardholder Information has the meaning given to it in Section 6.2.

Cardholder Information has the definition ascribed to such term in Section 6.01.

Cardholder Information for this purpose means the Cardholder name in connection with the Card number, expiration date and/or security code. It also includes any Telephone PIN.
