Shared Personal Data definition

Shared Personal Data means the personal data to be shared between the parties under this agreement as set out in the Data Protection Particulars in the Order Form or as otherwise agreed between the parties in writing.
Shared Personal Data. Means Personal Data contained in the fields within Registration Data and that is Processed in accordance with the Applicable Agreements.
Shared Personal Data means the personal data to be shared between the Parties under clause 3 of this Agreement, and any further personal data collected by the Data Receiver for the purposes of the Project.

Examples of Shared Personal Data in a sentence

  • All permitted recipients are subject to written contractual obligations concerning the use of the Shared Personal Data (including obligations of confidentiality) which are no less onerous than those imposed by this Agreement.

  • They must then ensure that the Shared Personal Data is corrected and updated, and all permitted recipients are notified of the changes as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Relying on consent to process Shared Personal Data (under Article 6(1)(a) of the UK GDPR) as a lawful basis to process personal data should not be confused with consent under Common Law Duty of Confidentiality.

  • Each party acknowledges that one party (the “Data Discloser”) will regularly disclose to the other party (the “Data Recipient”) Shared Personal Data collected by the Data Discloser for the Agreed Purposes.

  • If a party shares the Shared Personal Data with another party, it will be shared and managed in accordance with the terms of this clause 9.


More Definitions of Shared Personal Data

Shared Personal Data is the personal data and special category personal data to be shared jointly between the parties.
Shared Personal Data means the Personal Data that may be shared between the parties under this Agreement, which shall be confined to the following categories of information relevant to the following categories of data subject: Category of data subject: Individuals occupying the Units – including freehold, leasehold and shared ownership tenants (current and outgoing tenants); Types of personal data: name, address, phone number, heat use data, KYC data (e.g. recent utility bills/ council tax bills).
Shared Personal Data means Personal Data that is provided by a Party and Processed by the other Party or any of each Party’s Affiliates whereby each Party is acting as a Joint Controller of the Personal Data.
Shared Personal Data means the Staff Personal Data and Patient Personal Data;
Shared Personal Data means the personal data to be shared between the Parties. Shared Personal Data shall be confined to the names and contact details of personnel of the Parties.
Shared Personal Data means any personal data shared between the Parties and processed by each Party as an independent controller in their own right pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement, as further specified in Annex 3.
Shared Personal Data means any personal data held by one party as controller, which is provided to the other party as a controller under this Agreement.
