Shared Personal Data definition

Shared Personal Data means the personal data to be shared between the parties under this agreement as set out in the Data Protection Particulars in the Order Form or as otherwise agreed between the parties in writing.

Examples of Shared Personal Data in a sentence

  • A breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to the Shared Personal Data, and which is further subject to the provisions of Section 6 below.
