Shared Personal Data means the personal data to be shared between the parties under clause 1.2 of this agreement to enable the parties to fulfil their obligations under the terms of this Agreement.
Shared Personal Data. Means Personal Data contained in the fields within Registration Data and that is Processed in accordance with the Applicable Agreements.

Data Retention Neither party shall retain or process Shared Personal Data for longer than is necessary to carry out the Agreed Purposes subject to its obligation to continue to retain Shared Personal Data in accordance with any statutory or industry or professional retention periods applicable under the Data Protection Legislation.
If any of the Parties wishes to use Shared Personal Data for another purpose, it may be necessary for the Parties to vary this Schedule.
Each party shall ensure that the Shared Personal Data are accurate.
Each party acknowledges that one party (the Data Discloser) will disclose to the other party (the Data Recipient) Shared Personal Data collected by the Data Discloser for the Agreed Purposes.
More Definitions of Shared Personal Data
Shared Personal Data means the Personal Data to be shared between the Parties under this Agreement. Shared Personal Data shall be confined to the following categories of information relevant to the following categories of data subject:
Shared Personal Data is the personal data and special category personal data to be shared jointly between the parties.
Shared Personal Data means the Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data (both as defined in the Data Protection Legislation) to be shared between the parties under or in relation to this Agreement and which is set out in detail in Annex D Shared Personal Data.
Shared Personal Data means any Personal Data shared between the Parties pursuant to Section 4 of this Exhibit, or in connection with the Agreement.
Shared Personal Data means the Staff Personal Data and Patient Personal Data;
Shared Personal Data means the Personal Data that may be shared between the parties under this Agreement, which shall be confined to the following categories of information relevant to the following categories of data subject: Category of data subject: Individuals occupying the Units – including freehold, leasehold and shared ownership tenants (current and outgoing tenants); Types of personal data: name, address, phone number, heat use data, KYC data (e.g. recent utility bills/ council tax bills).
Shared Personal Data means any personal data shared between the Parties and processed by each Party as an independent controller in their own right pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement, as further specified in Annex 3.
