Technology Solution. Attachment 8-A shall include a description of the Equipment, Materials and Systems used in the delivery of the Services, including representations as to the purpose, features and functionality of such Equipment, Materials and Systems. Service Provider is required to implement the Equipment, Materials and Systems as set forth in Attachment 8-A. Service Provider may propose a change to such Equipment, Materials and Systems set forth in Attachment 8-A, provided that the replaced or substituted Equipment, Materials and Systems satisfies the initial representations as to the purpose, features and functionality of such Equipment, Materials and Systems and which change will be subject to DIR review and approval.

Technology Solution. Provided Client complies with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Client may be given access to a technology solution(s), provided by ▇▇▇ or a third party, to facilitate or in connection with the performance of this Agreement, such as ▇▇▇’s proprietary web-based portal known as “Aya Connect” (collectively, the “Technology Solutions”). Client agrees to comply with all terms of use requirements for such Technology Solutions, and to execute further agreements as may be required to obtain access to such systems. The current terms of use of Aya Connect can be found at: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/entity-terms-of-use-22-01 (the “Terms of Use”) and accessed by password: “TOU2022!”, and are incorporated by reference herein as though set forth in full at this point. Client agrees to the Terms of Use and that it is an “Entity” as defined and used in the Terms of Use.
