Data Room Information means the contents of the Data Room as at 11:47 a.m. (London time) on 21 June 2022 as stored on two electronic storage devices together with certificates from Datasite Diligence addressed to the Seller Parent and the Buyer certifying such content, an index of which is attached to the Disclosure Letter;

Data Room Information means all information provided or made available to Purchaser in hard copy or electronic form in relation to Quattro and/or the Assets;

More Definitions of Data Room Information

Data Room Information means the information and documents contained in the Data Room as of 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on June 4, 2021 and a download of which has, for evidential purposes, been delivered to Merger Sub on CD-ROM/USB flash drive prior to the execution of this Agreement.
