Liquid Financial Assets means cash deposits, short term debt securities, certificates ofdeposit, bankers acceptances and similar instruments which shall be Investment Grade;

  • Financial Assurances means the financial assurances provided by the Shipper and accepted by the Carrier in accordance with Rule 19.

  • Supporting Obligations means supporting obligations (as such term is defined in the Code), and includes letters of credit and guaranties issued in support of Accounts, Chattel Paper, documents, General Intangibles, instruments or Investment Property.

  • PIPE Investment has the meaning specified in the Recitals hereto.
