Liquid Assets definition

Liquid Assets mean Borrower's cash on hand plus Borrower's readily marketable securities.
Liquid Assets means cash, unrestricted deposits in banks, and readily marketable securities at their then market value.

Liquid Assets means, at any relevant time hereunder, the aggregate of:
Liquid Assets means assets that can be converted to cash in 20 days. Liquid assets include but are not limited to cash on hand, checking accounts, savings accounts, stocks, bonds, cash value of life insurance, individual retirement accounts, certificates of deposit, and other investments.
Liquid Assets means cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities.

The term "Cash Flow" shall mean net income after taxes, and exclusive of extraordinary items, plus depreciation and amortization. Except as provided above, all computations made to determine compliance with the requirements contained in this paragraph shall be made in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, applied on a consistent basis, and certified by Borrower as being true and correct.
Liquid Assets means all cash and cash equivalents at any time held by any of the Debtors, including all amounts from time to time held in any checking, savings, deposit or other account of any of the Debtors, all monies, proceeds or sums due or to become due therefrom or thereon and all documents (including, but not limited to passbooks, certificates and receipts) evidencing all funds and investments held in such accounts.
