The Advisor will give the Sub-Advisor reasonable advance notice of any cash requirements from the Investment Assets, and the Sub-Advisor will maintain in cash or cash equivalents sufficient assets to meet such cash requirements.
The Sub-Advisor is hereby empowered to issue orders directly to a broker or dealer for the purchase, sale or exchange of securities with respect to the Investment Assets.
The Sub-Advisor must keep accurate and detailed records and accounts of the Investment Assets and of all receipts, disbursements and other transactions affecting the Investment Assets.
