More Definitions of Net Asset Value per Share

Net Asset Value per Share means the Net Asset Value divided by the number of Shares outstanding on the date of calculation.

Net Asset Value per Share means, in respect of any shares, the Net Asset Value attributable to theshares issued in respect of the Fund or Class, divided by the number of shares in issue in respect of that Fund or Class;

Net Asset Value per Share means the Net Asset Value of a Fund divided by thenumber of Shares in issue in that Fund or the Net Asset Value attributable to a Class divided by the number of Shares issued in that Class rounded to two decimal places.
